HOME | FINAL REPORT | MOVIE During the course of this prelimenary study, it has become apparent that significant environmental, social, and economic changes are taking place in Mongolia. These changes are affecting herders, Khulan, and all wildlife in the Gobi region. This study has tested new information systems that gather near real-time data and they show potential to be extremely effective in providing information about development and management options. It has been proposed that further understanding of the human wildlife interactions should be contiuned at this critical juncture. |
