| HOME | FINAL REPORT | MOVIE Dr. Dennis P. Sheehy Dr. Sheehy's expertise on pastoral systems ranges from the western grassland of the United States to the steppes of Mongolia. He grew up in a rural agricultural family in Durkee, and currently owns and operates a ranch in Wallowa Oregon. He is recognized as one of the premier experts in Mongolia in the area of range science. He has worked as a consultant for World Bank, ADB, and the Mongolian government for the past fifteen years. In the Untied States he has conducted many research projects in the private and academic sectors. He has served as a professor of range science for Texas A&M University and Oregon State University.
